Shape Up and Help Homeless Kids with FOX 2 and Motor City BootcampJeff Watters and his wife, co-owners of Motor City Bootcamp invited everyone out to make their new year's resolution to get in shape and help homeless kids. On December 17th, everyone including FOX 2's Amy Lange met up at Moosejaw Mountaineering in Birmingham to work out and help raise funds for Covenant House Michigan. |
Candlelight Vigil Takes Road TripOn Sunday, December 14th, St. Joseph Parish Youth and Family Ministry in South Lyon held a home cooked chicken dinner with all the fixings to create awareness and bring support to homeless and at-risk youth served at Covenant House Michigan (CHM). |
Revealing the True MasterpieceCovenant House Michigan (CHM) hosted its first annual art show. Staff and students of the Southwest Community Service Center decorated the room to resemble an art gallery. During the opening reception, 15 CHM students presented their artwork that was showcased throughout the Center. Each artist created a display board about themselves and their artwork. |
