PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Individuals or firms wishing to submit proposals should do so by no later than 5:00 p.m., August 16, 2010 by submitting the proposal and, materials indicating the firm's qualifications and a project timeline to Covenant House Michigan. BACKGROUND
Covenant House Academies operates three schools for at-risk youth ages 16-22 to get their high school diploma. The first school opened in 2005. Covenant House Academies and Covenant House Michigan (CHM) are sister organizations; however, Covenant House Academies should maintain its own identity.

CHM works with homeless youth ages 18-22 in providing short-term housing. CHM also assists them in establishing a foundation for life, which includes job training, counseling, money management, and life skills.

Covenant House Academies helps provide an education for students who have not had success in the traditional high school setting. The school offers a self-paced environment for students to complete their high school diploma.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Covenant House Academies is seeking the development of a short video to market its schools.
* The videographer will serve as the producer for this project, including
writing, casting, art direction and scene direction for this production.
The videographer for the project will be responsible for
pre-production technical advice on developing the interactive, setting
up the individual shots for best possible sound and video (including
lighting and makeup), filming the individual clips, editing and
assembling final production of the videos
* Production of videos in English and Spanish
* Shoot footage in High Definition
* Have professional and edited video footage
* Provide all needed equipment
* Assign all present and future rights to the materials produced during
the project to the Covenant House Academies and may not reproduce
or reuse the materials for any purpose without written permission
* Edit the footage to fit different formats including but not limited to
Website, Flash Drive, YouTube ... etc.
* Assist with scripting as needed.
