Show Your Love for Homeless Kids Valentine's Weekend

During Valentine's Weekend you have a chance to show our kids just how much they mean. Take up a collection, bring some friends and family and head over to our campus.
Meet some of our current residents who will gladly show you around. Take a tour with our street outreach team and see the horribly unfit conditions many of our kids lived in before coming to Covenant House.
If you're interested in volunteering, here's your opportunity. And even better, encourage your children, grandchildren, younger siblings or take the time yourself to create a Valentine's Card for one of our kids. Many of them are longing for love and to feel special. Donate $14 to Covenant House Michigan and help keep our kids warm this winter. We'll pass out your cards on Valentine's Day and brighten up their day.

Hi,
My name is Dorenea Gurard and I was sitting here looking at a commerical about one of your teen's where her aunt can't take care of her anymore. My heart goes out to these kids. I'm a youth Pastor and wants to help, I don't have much money but I have the Love that God gave me and that's unconditional Love. I have a mentorship program called BOLD and what BOLD stands for is Believers of Love's Demand. I believe that Love Demands everything you need. I have a heart for the youth and want to be apart, even if I just come in once a week and keep them company, do chores with them, give them a hug and ebcourage them etc. I just want to help.
