Do 1 thing - show your love for homeless teens this Valentine's Day

The issues surrounding homelessness are gigantic. The solutions offered are endless. But what if everyone did 1 thing to help these vulnerable youth?
This Valentine’s Day, we are asking you to do 1 thing and show your love for homeless teens.
Do 1 thing by yourself, with your family, your friends, your school, workplace, church, your city, it’s your choice but do 1 thing. Then upload images of you doing your 1 thing to www.do1thing.org or e-mail the pics to us and we’ll put them up for you.
We’ve put a face on homelessness, now you put a face on activism.
Five ways to do 1 thing:
1. Donate in honor of a friend or family member for Valentine’s Day.
2. Sign up to volunteer and make a difference in a young person’s life!
3. Collect toiletries for our kids.
4. Buy a Lizzie t-shirt, wear it and tell everyone what it means.
5. Make CHM your cause on Facebook, MySpace — whatever your thing is, your voice matters.
