It's been a long time coming.

I’ve been at Covenant House for a few weeks now. I’m kind of nervous about it here, but I really like the place so far. The only thing is that I really miss my kids.

People are really nice to me, and I especially like Ms. Tammy, Ms. Kate, and Ms. Johnson. It seems that they really care about what I do.

It’s a good feeling to have people care about you, and to be honest, the feeling is quite new to me. In fact, the support I’ve gotten here is something I’ve never experienced before.

So if you’re wondering why I decided to come to Covenant House Michigan, it’s been a long time coming.
