Tanisha brings the house down with an amazing solo to "The Climb"!!
Tanisha is a vivacious resident in the Rights of Passage program here at Covenant House Michigan. She’s a beautiful young woman who describes herself as “loving and caring.” Her love for singing began when she was seven years old. Thus far she has performed for three years at the Fox Theater for their Evening of Fine Arts, and also sang the National Anthem twice at Ford Field for the High School State Football Championship. Tanisha looks up to Aretha Franklin and Patti LaBelle as performers. In the future, she would like to go to school for music education and open her own daycare center. Tanisha also dreams of moving to Florida and creating a group home for sick individuals.
