March 24, 2010 - 1:13pm
We donate to an organization that has excelled in giving back to the community,” Lester Booker, Jr. Interim Assistant Direct of MSS.

On Friday February 12, the Minority Student Services office at Central Michigan University hosted a bowling fundraiser on behalf of Covenant House. The event entitled “Soul Bowl” is an event celebrated annually during Black History Month; people can enjoy cosmic bowling, food and fun while supporting a cause. The MSS office chose Covenant House as the charity to give to after learning of the services we provide to homeless youth and the impact we have on the community. “We donate to an organization that has excelled in giving back to the community,” said Lester Booker, Jr. Interim Assistant Direct of MSS.

Covenant House would like to thank Minority Student Services for their support.
