Another "Righteous Mission"

When it comes to volunteering at CHM, Clarkston United Methodist Church is no stranger. As you may remember, the youth group known as “Righteous Mission” arrived last summer and completely transformed our campus in less than a week. The group created murals in our Crisis Center, planted a healing and urban garden, renovated the chapel, landscaped the campus, created the career closet and helped develop an advocacy program.

With paint brushes and gardening tools in hand, about 25 people volunteered their time once again this past July to maintain and improve the beauty of our campus. From painting in the computer labs, to cleaning around campus, the group went above and beyond expectations as they have done once before. All of us at CHM would like to thank Clarkston United Methodist Church and their 611 community group for their continued support, and look forward to a long lasting bond between our organizations.
